Mendocino Event Center

2004 was an exciting year for us. We expanded our holdings by acquiring a 265-acre ranch with 50 acres of vineyard (whose fruit we have been buying for a number of years already) and a California Craftsman styled event center...check out the pictures!!! The building features panoramic views of the vineyards and surrounding mountains as well as the Russian River.

Now this is a new "area" for us, we've certainly never had a commercial facility available for rent before, but it's really too beautiful to keep completely to ourselves. In any event, here is the "official" pitch:

Event Center Gardens

Located 100 miles north of San Francisco the property provides a private setting for any number of events; weddings, receptions or business meetings. The facility can accommodate up to 200 people with parking for 100 cars. There is a prep kitchen and 2 restrooms that are wheelchair accessible. There are no overnight accommodations but several beautiful hotels in the area. There is a huge patio shaded with oak trees, a pond, and gardens to provide your guests with the perfect Northern California experience. Please contact Linda for fees and any additional information.
