Old Vine Red Lot #31

Subtle aromas of raspberries, dried herbs, and toasty oak definitely exhibit that Old Vine Red Lot #31 is a more serious Old Vine than past Lots. Predominantly Zin, as usual, Lot 31 has a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend hence the herbs and added backbone. Aged in French and American oak, this wine should drink well over the next couple of years.

Color: Dark ruby purple

Aroma: Ripe berry fruit, black pepper spice, and hints of oak

Palate: Round and mouth filling. Smooth, warm, rich, and creamy

Aging: Best within 1 to 3 years

Lot 31 is a balanced, approachable, lip-smacking red wine ready to drink upon purchase.
