The increased percentage of Zinfandel
is evident in the blackberry,
peppery, spicy aromas
backed by hints of vanilla
and oak. Flavors of ripe
berries and spice quickly
coat the palate yet sufficient
acidity focuses this mélange
to a lingering finish.
Put it in a blind Zinfandel
tasting just for fun.
